Step 1 - Run Flash Video Capture
Free download Flash Video Capture and then install it. Double click "Flash Video Capture" icon on the desktop to launch the program

SStep 2 - Launch Flash Video Browser
Click "Video Browser" button on the toolbar to launch video browser.

Step 3 - Get Flash video URL
Surfing on video sharing site and view your favorite flash video . Once the video or Flash starts to play, Flash Video Caputre will display captured videos(*.flv) in the video list and Flash Files(*.swf) in the Flash list. Check the Flash which you want to download, and click "Download" button.

Step 4 - Start to save flash video
A "Add task" Window will popup up, click "download" button in this window.

Step 5 - Well done, now you can browse the saved video file
After the task is completed, A "File Downloaded" window will appear. Click the file name to play the video file or click "Open Folder" to browse the saved file.
